Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. This policy explains what we use and how you can control it.

Strictly necessary

These make the store work, for example keeping items in your cart, remembering your country and currency, keeping checkout secure and recording your cookie choices. They are always on. They are set by Shopify, our store platform, and include cookies such as cart, _shopify_essential, keep_alive, localization and _tracking_consent.

Preferences

Our theme uses your browser's local storage to remember small choices so we don't keep asking you, such as whether you've already seen or closed our welcome pop-up (rr_welcome_seen, rr_welcome_claimed). This information never leaves your device.

Analytics

Shopify collects information about how visitors use the store, such as pages viewed and how you arrived, to give us anonymous sales and traffic reports. Shopify sets cookies such as _shopify_y, _shopify_s and _shopify_sa_p for this. Where the law requires consent (for example in the EU and UK), these only run after you agree.

Marketing

We do not currently use advertising or tracking pixels from third parties such as Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. If we add any, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.

Third parties

Some product descriptions show images loaded from our supplier's servers. When those images load, the supplier's server receives your IP address and browser details, as with any image on the web. Fonts are served from our own store, not from Google.

Your choices

  • Use Cookie preferences in the footer (shown where our cookie banner is active) to change your choices at any time.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the store such as the cart and checkout won't work.
